Download your Court Orders and related Documents

Retrieve Court Orders, judgment-related documents and Schedules of Assets related to Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration. Please note that the ACO QR codes will only be displayed on the Court Orders or Judgments, not the attachments.

Court documents obtained from this portal are confidential. You should be looking for a document because you have been shown a document that has an Access Code. Accessing or attempting to access documents by guessing an Access Code or trying different Access Codes is considered an unauthorised use of this computer system. The ACO system logs the IP addresses of users, to track and prevent unauthorised usage.

Request for Authentic Court Order

You can easily submit your Court Order Number and Case Number to receive a digitally certified, tamper-proof version of your official court document. With a quick and secure process, you can trust that the Authentic Court Order that is issued is ready for immediate use – whether for legal, professional, or personal purposes.

Requests may only be submitted for Court Orders filed in eLitigation prior to 2 January 2020. You will need to log in with using your Singpass for identity verification, via the eServices Portal.
